Luxury Studio at 5 Star Hyatt Regency Creek Access

Awful place dirty, noisy, smelly and full of flies, do not stay here Positive: It was a convenient location for my work. It was on a low floor Negative: Nothing worked (tv, lights, plug for bath) no cups for tea, no cleaning in fact it was filthy when o arrived. Bathroom was infested with drain flies all the time even though I had told them nothing was done about it, construction right outside the window starting at 6.45 am every day and was so noisy all the time. This was the worst place I have ever stayed in Dubai and I have come monthly for the last 9 years. Booking.com should have made it clear that this was via an agency and not the hotel

لا أنصح به Positive: لا أنصح به Negative: مغسلة اليدين مسدوده طلبت اصلاحها أكثر من مره ولم يحضر احد النوافذ لا تفتح لا يوجد تهوية النظافة تحتاج إلى جهد أكثر كثرة أجهزة التعطير رديئة الرائحة و الصنع ليست دليل على النظافة. صعوبة الوصول له إزعاج الطائرات
